Qualification :- BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Preference : Candidate having 2-8 years of work experience, Pune candidates, or those who wiling to relocate nearby location
Experience in Real Estate Projects (Residential buildings only)
Freshers not eligible
Roles and Responsibilities :
Project Planning Forecast, budget, anticipate demands of resources LME &T, estimator-Estimation, MSProject Drawings. single person handling estimation, contracts, billing and project coordination. civil construction estimating and billing, calculations, Rate Analysis, Budgeting, preparing tender estimate Reconciliation. Exp in contracting, Billing, Reconciliation of Material, RA Billing from residential construction
Plan for procurement of resources, MIS reporting, client and subcontractor billing, estimation and costing.
Must know of MS Project, MS Excel, AUTOCAD.
